Q: How long does it take to process, ship and receive a custom figurine order?

A: This depends solely on the Proofing Time in addition to the Shipping Method you select during checkout.

Proofing Process Timelines:
You will receive a digital proof in 3 to 5 business days
Once your proof is approved, your figure will go into production.
Production time - 14 business days

Q: What are your figures made of?
A: Our figurines are made from ceramic-like, sandstone material. Sandstone is a fragile material that must be handled with care. Exposure to water will cause fading for the Standard finish. The colors of the product will do always not perfectly match the colors of the design. Some variation in color shade is unavoidable, especially with difficult-to-produce colors such as browns and skin tones. While we optimize each production run to make individual models look great, you may see differences in color when looking at multiple prints of the same model side by side.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we can ship to most countries in the world. During checkout, if your country is not an option, please call us and we can verify the location and shipping price.  Contact us at customercare@figurme.com.
 
Q: Which countries does FigurMe ship to?
A: All orders sent outside the United States; including Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Netherlands, South Africa, Poland, Guam, Puerto Rico, Greece, Malta, Mexico, Norway, Slovakia, Brazil, Peru, Virgin Islands, Portugal, Spain, Romania, Slovenia, United Arab Emirates, Mauritius, Barbados, Luxembourg, Uruguay, Chile, Austria, Costa Rica, French Polynesia, Netherlands Antilles (Curacao), Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Ecuador.
Note: All International orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service.
Please note that some countries may be charged more depending on the area of the world and the weight of the package. If you will be charged more we will contact you first for approval.
Each country handles imported goods differently.
You will be responsible for any customs or duty charges that may be applicable.
FigurMe is not responsible for and has no control over any customs holds.
Due to the nature of international shipping, FigurMe cannot guarantee delivery dates.
FigurMe is not responsible for any international packages once they have exited the United States.
Additionally, the shipping service may charge a Collect On Delivery, Cash On Delivery, or Cash Receipt On Delivery fee (COD). These charges must be fulfilled by the recipient. FigurMe has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.


Q: Do you allow refunds, or cancellations for custom figurines? 
A: Due to the highly personalized nature of our custom-made figurines, we are not able to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. Each product takes an extraordinary amount of time by skilled designers, and therefore all sales are final. However, our interactive proofing process gives you the ability to ensure that the design and color will be exactly what you are looking for, and with proofing you will be able to make changes until everything is just right.
 
Custom-made products are, by definition, individually designed and small color variations will naturally occur. Accordingly, minor color variations are not considered defective and this is not sufficient grounds for return or exchange.
 
Figure design, especially when the subject is a human, is a very subjective process. It is an art, not a science. Since all the design is done based on photographs (which may or may not be good likenesses of the subject), the quality of the photo provided is very important in achieving a strong likeness. But even with a good photo, because of the subjectivity involved with the art of design, some people may see a strong resemblance to the person, and others may not. With a good photo however, we should be able to obtain a good likeness with our specially-trained designers. See our Photo Guidelines here.
 
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@figurme.com.

Q: If there are no refunds, how do you ensure that I will love my figure?
A: Our proofing process allows you to have full control over the design and painting of your custom figurine.  After each stage of the design process, you will be able to approve or deny the results.  If you approve a stage, we will move forward with the production process.  If you deny it, just tell us what to change and we will redo it until you are happy.  This helps to guarantee your satisfaction since you'd be directly involved in every step of the process!

Q: What is "Proofing"?
A: This is the interaction between the customer and the designer in which the customer must give the okay on the custom made figurine prior to production. This communication is done via email soon after purchase. Please keep in mind that the ship date of your figurine is directly affected by the amount of changes required on your figure.

Q: What should I do if there is a problem or if I want to change my order?

Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes! We offer corporate discounts, as well as special promotions throughout the year. All pricing, availability and expiration dates are subject to change. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or applied to previous orders. For more information on discounts, please contact us at customercare@figurme.com.
 
Q: Are your figurines made-in-the-USA?
A: Yes, our figures are made in the USA!

Q: What if I need to put together a very large custom order?
A: We would be glad to assist in getting you exactly what is required. If you need to order a large number of custom figures then customer support is here to help.  Just give us a contact us at customercare@figurme.com and let us know what we can do for you.
 
Q: Can I make a figurine of a celebrity or professional athlete?                                                                           
A: We are unable to create a custom figurine of a celebrity or a professional athlete without their permission if he or she derives income from his or her likeness. If you are able to verify the relationship and obtain permission, we will provide an authorization form.

Q: How does FigurMe protect my information?
A: Orders placed with FigurMe.com are made using a secure server, on a secure page. The secure server (SSL) encrypts your information before sending to FigurMe.com. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
